My trip to FOZ DO IGUAÇU, and to the border of Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay

At January's 10th, 2015, me and my parents got in Ciudad del Leste, Paraguay. We had a long and tiring road trip, we took almost the whole day to get in there. We planned to stay a few days in Ciudad del Leste and after that we go to Puerto Iguaçu, Argentina. However, we stayed a little more than we expected, the hotel was small, simple, but comfortable, and people there were very kind. That city looked like India, with a bad traffic and big malls, there was even a McDonalds. 

                                                   

After these days we went to Foz do Iguaçu, but the first thing we did was visiting the Itaipu hydroeletric plant, it was nice, but we were in the Paraguay side, and most of the people spoke only Spanish. But we saw great things and met nice people. We got in a bus and it drove around the plant with a paraguayan girl telling us (in Spanish) the places we were going.

                                                                            

Finally, in the final week of our trip, we went to Puerto Iguazu, Argentina. It was my first time in a country that was not Brazil or Paraguay. Me and my parents were excited, we saw different places, different people, different streets and it was awesome at all. The hotel wasn't really good, but there was good and kind people, most of them foreigners. In the last but one day of our trip we finally went to the most important (and the most famous) place in the border of Brazil / Argentina: The Iguazu Waterfalls; the best day of our trip. It was full of people, we stayed a long time waiting in the line, but we got in. We walked a LOT, but while it was tiring, it was exciting. There were a lot of foreigners, i talked to a couple of brothers from Canada, it was fun. 

 But the best part of all of it was watching the waterfalls, it was exciting, and we had a good time, i hope i can come back there someday.
